If you've read Gavin's Autobiography you will know exactly who this song is about. We can never just write a love song so we decided to write a hate song about infatuation and addiction. We aimed to compose something beautiful musically but lyrically bitter and spiteful. It was written before the relationship ended. It was a very fucked up relationship and from the middle eight it becomes a very dark and fucked up song. Its a fan favourite and we're very proud of it.
